We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant. Primary focus is acting as a liaison between the Marketing department and the remaining noel.events departments. While focusing on Digital Marketing, the assistant must implement and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and coordinate with the our Marketing Director.

The assistant will work directly under the Marketing Director and is expected to perform the following roles:

  • Assembles reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
  • Updates database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
  • Publishes company and blog updates according to schedule.
  • Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling analyses.
  • Prepares and published online postings for social media presence.
  • Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory.
  • Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This entry level position involves administrative and vendor acquisition and is report exclusively to our Customer and Vendor Acquisition Manager. Duties include analyzing historical data/trends, industry changes and landscape analysis. Compiling and implementing centralized internal documentation and analytics. The assistant will also be exposed to CRM integration and data mining/gathering.

The assistant is expected to perform the following duties:

  • Analyzing historical data/trends, used in order to assist sales leadership in establishing market goals and launch schedules.
  • Analyzing and monitoring of industry related market changes/business intelligence, competitive landscape analysis.
  • Researching and pre-qualifying merchants/vendors and entering into the cloud based CRM for the sales team to call on.; including but not limited to identifying social media presence, online reviews, fraud/criminal searches, and querying based off dynamic qualifiers established by the sales leadership team.
